You need to locate a wildlife rehabber in your area, IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Here is a link to my organizations website

Squirrels have very specific needs and even us rehabbers need to feed them a mix of species specific formulas we get from the folks who make formulas for zoos, etc.... Technically it is against the law for you to have this little critter, but its also against the law for me, as a liscensed rehabber to tell you how to care for it. best thing to do, is to offer him PLAIN pedialyte, keep him warm, like in a smallish cardboard box, with soft towel to cuddle in and keep him dark and quiet until you can turn him over to someone who knows how to properly care for him. I have an Eastern grey Squirrel right now, who might not ever be releasable due to the improper care he received at the hands of ignorant folks who kept him for over a week cus they thot he was cute and fed him nothing but COWS MILK!!! That is the ULTIMATE SIN in wildlife rehab! This little boy was only improperly fed for a very short time, but he came to me badly dehydrated and very sick....with bald patches due to malnutrition. The hair on his tail has STILL not grown in and its now several MONTHS later. The damage is done, despite months of proper care. Get this little squirrel to a rehabber and PRONTO!Help me! i found a baby flying squirrel!?

foods:

whole un-shelled peanuts, cashews, pecans, and sugar snap peas
You should give the squirrel to a rescue place since you don't know how to take care of him. It is very possible to kill him by feeding him the wrong thing.
feed squirrel with glucose since it is dehydrating ....

i think you should send it to the vet if situation get worse, you may not want to loose it right
I'd say eat it with ketchup, and fry up some potatoes to go with it.
