*smile* is right,and they will also nest in hollow trees,large woodpecker holes,and man-made nesting boxes. And,yes,I have seen baby squirrels!Where do squirrel babies nest?

squirrels build nests in trees called drays, theyre like round cylinder birds nests made out of twigs, leaves etc, thats where they nest hope this helps
